Q1. What is The Crown Hunt?

The Crown Hunt: Mr. & Miss Haryana 2026 is Haryana's pageant and industry-placement programme, produced by DreyParkour MOVIEZ, designed to give selected contestants professional training, portfolio development and real entertainment-industry work opportunities — not just a title.

Q2. Who is organising it?

DreyParkour MOVIEZ, led by Drey Parkour (actor, director, producer with verifiable industry work history), along with production support for the Crown Hunt programme.

Q3. What is the selection process?

Registration → City Audition → Personal Interaction/Jury Round → Top 50 Male + Top 50 Female Finalists → 5–7 Day Grooming → Portfolio + Video Shoot → Grand Finale → Industry Work/Placement.

Q4. Which cities are holding auditions?

Rohtak and Hisar auditions are completed. Gurgaon, Chandigarh and Noida auditions are currently on hold.

Q5. Where and when is the Grand Finale?

Gurgaon/Chandigarh (venue city under final confirmation).

Q6. Is registration free?

Yes, the initial audition registration is free. The programme fee applies only after selection, at the enrolment stage.

Q7. Who selects the Chief Jury and other jury members?

The Chief Jury panel is being finalised and will be announced closer to the finale.

Programme Benefits
Q8. What benefits will I get from the event as a contestant?

A professional portfolio shoot, a professional video profile, acting and modelling training, personality development and grooming, industry work and placement opportunities, audition/casting exposure, professional work credit with IMDb facilitation, and a post-finale magazine feature. This is a career-entry package, not a title-only pageant.

Q9. What do I get in the professional portfolio shoot?

A professional indoor and outdoor shoot with 10–15 edited photographs (potentially up to 20 depending on performance and standards), plus remaining photographs in raw format.

Q10. Do I need to bring my own outfits for the shoot?

Yes, unless separately agreed, you are responsible for bringing suitable personal outfits. The organisation may guide you on suitable colours, styles and looks.

Q11. What is the video profile for?

It is a professionally created video profile meant for auditions, casting calls and industry introduction — not a personal biography video.

Q12. What training will I receive?

Professional training covering acting (expressions, dialogue delivery, camera facing, character work), modelling (ramp walk, posing, camera angles), personality development, communication, interview skills and professional grooming.

Q13. Is attending training and shoots mandatory?

Yes, active participation in scheduled programme activities is required. Repeated non-attendance without valid reason may affect eligibility for future work opportunities.

Q14. Will I definitely get industry work?

The organisation is committed to providing at least one suitable professional industry work opportunity through its own projects and network, based on your talent, interest, suitability, availability, project requirements and on-set behaviour.

Q15. What kind of work opportunities can I be considered for?

Acting projects, music videos, modelling assignments, promotional projects, web/short-form content, Assistant Director (AD) work, production-related assignments, and other suitable entertainment-industry opportunities.

Q16. Is a lead role or specific project guaranteed?

For placement projects that are part of this event, the effort will mainly be to place contestants in lead, semi-lead or parallel-potential on-camera roles, so contestants get maximum exposure benefit. Beyond this, specific on-script project demands (a particular script, character, celebrity pairing, fixed number of projects, shoot location or remuneration) cannot be committed right now unless separately confirmed in writing.

Q17. Who decides which role or project I get?

The organisation has final professional discretion over casting, role allocation and project suitability, exercised for genuine casting and production reasons.

Q18. How long will it take to get placement?

The organisation targets approximately 6–12 months maximum to complete programme deliverables and work opportunities.

Q19. What if I'm not suitable for a particular project?

The organisation may select another suitable contestant for that project instead.

Q20. Will I get audition/casting exposure?

Yes, finalists get access to relevant auditions and casting opportunities through The Crown Hunt's industry network during the programme period.

Q21. Can projects get postponed, delayed or cancelled?

Yes, this can happen due to creative, technical, financial, location, artist availability, client requirements or other production circumstances. The organisation will make reasonable efforts to consider you for other suitable opportunities.

Q22. Will I get a professional work credit?

Yes, if selected for an eligible acting-based project, you will receive appropriate professional work credit.

Q23. Is IMDb credit guaranteed?

No. IMDb listing/credit will be facilitated for eligible released projects, but it is subject to IMDb's own guidelines, verification and independent approval — it cannot be guaranteed.

Q24. Will I get a magazine feature?

Yes, every finalist gets a dedicated interview and photograph feature after the Grand Finale in the designated print magazine/publication associated with The Crown Hunt.

Q25. Can my photos/videos be used for promotion?

Yes, the organisation may use photographs and videos from the programme for legitimate Crown Hunt promotion, casting, social media, website and press purposes.

Fee & Payment
Q26. Why shall I pay the fee?

Nothing of this scale is built for free — training, professional portfolio, video profile, grooming and industry placement effort all require the production's time, manpower and cost. In the open market, these services separately would cost ₹40,000–₹60,000 or more — and even then, most agencies only offer "placement assistance," with no surety of actual work. The Crown Hunt is different: this fee is not just for services, it comes with a genuine surety of industry placement, not just an attempt.

Q27. What is the total programme fee?

₹25,000 one-time Programme & Production Fee for the Mr. & Miss Haryana category.

Q28. How is the fee paid?

In two parts — ₹5,000 as a token amount to confirm participation, and ₹20,000 as the balance amount payable at final enrolment when the Work Agreement is signed.

Q29. Are there any hidden or additional charges after ₹25,000?

No. ₹25,000 is the complete one-time fee. No additional mandatory charges apply for the benefits covered in the Work Agreement.

Q30. What does the ₹5,000 token amount include?

It includes ₹4,237 as the base amount plus ₹763 GST, and is collected to confirm and reserve participation.

Q31. Is the token amount refundable?

Yes, subject to the applicable cancellation/refund terms communicated at the time of registration.

Q32. Will I get a receipt for my payment?

Yes, a proper GST receipt is provided for the token amount, with the GST breakup clearly shown.

Q33. What happens to my refund if it becomes payable?

It will be processed after applicable GST/tax adjustments and other legally permissible deductions, if any.

Q34. Are personal expenses like outfits covered in the fee?

No. Personal outfits and basic personal appearance items are the contestant's own responsibility, unless separately agreed.

Q35. What about special requirements like extra travel, accommodation, or special costumes?

These are outside the standard programme scope and will be communicated and discussed separately, wherever applicable.

Q36. Is the fee structure different for other categories (Kids, Mrs, Mr Above 35)?

Yes, fee structure for other categories will be discussed separately after the audition and selection process.

Q37. Charges are too much, casting must be talent-based?

Casting itself is fully talent-based — auditions are free, and no one is selected simply by paying. The fee applies only after selection, and it reflects the real cost of taking that talent to an industry-ready level. Consider this: 15–16 years of school and college, often costing ₹15–20 lakhs, still comes with no guarantee of career placement. That is where The Crown Hunt stands apart — offering a structured programme with an actual placement surety, not just a possibility.

Working With Others / Outside Opportunities
Q38. Can I work with other agencies or production houses?

Yes, you are free to work with other agencies, production houses, brands, photographers or independent projects. The organisation does not claim ownership over your independent career.

Q39. Do I need to inform the organisation if I take outside work?

Yes, prior notice is required for external commitments that may affect Crown Hunt projects or confirmed schedules.

Q40. What happens if my outside work date clashes with a confirmed Crown Hunt project?

You must immediately inform the organisation. If the schedule cannot reasonably be adjusted and you're unavailable, the organisation is not liable to provide that project or a replacement after the agreement period. You may still be considered for future suitable opportunities.

Q41. Does signing the agreement create a permanent or exclusive relationship?

No. The agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership or permanent employment. It also does not transfer your personal career rights — you remain free to build your independent career.

Conduct, Safety & Confidentiality
Q42. What professional conduct is expected of me?

Report on time, follow reasonable production directions, respect staff and crew, maintain professional communication, avoid abusive/disruptive behaviour, not damage production property, and follow safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Q43. What information must I keep confidential?

Unreleased projects, scripts, casting decisions, production plans, budgets, shoot locations, unreleased photos/videos, and other internal or confidential business information.

Q44. What are the safety and consent protections?

The organisation maintains reasonable safety guidelines. You cannot be forced into unlawful activities. Any special or sensitive performance requirement needs your appropriate consent communicated beforehand. You may raise genuine safety or consent concerns anytime.

Q45. What about personal relationships during the programme?

The organisation does not interfere in lawful, consensual personal relationships. However, professional boundaries and anti-harassment/consent guidelines must be followed. Private consensual matters outside organisation activities are not the organisation's responsibility, unless safety or conduct rules are violated.

Q46. What happens in case of drugs, illegal activity or serious misconduct?

This is strictly prohibited. The organisation may immediately suspend or remove a contestant, and may take legal action or report to authorities where necessary. No automatic refund or continuation of work applies in such cases.

Q47. What can lead to suspension or termination of my participation?

Serious misconduct, repeated non-cooperation, material breach of agreement, confidentiality breach, repeated absence, safety violations, harassment, illegal activity, or conduct materially damaging to the organisation or production.

Q48. Can I request to leave the programme myself?

Yes, by providing written notice to the organisation. Refund and outstanding obligations will be determined as per the agreement and applicable law.

Agreement Process
Q49. When will I see the full Work Agreement?

You will be given the complete Work & Industry Placement Agreement to review before paying the ₹20,000 balance and before final enrolment/signing.

Q50. Is the agreement physically signed?

Yes, by both the contestant and the organisation.

Q51. How long does the agreement stay applicable?

Until completion and delivery of the programme deliverables and fulfilment of applicable commitments, as per the agreement's terms.

Q52. What if there's a dispute?

Both parties first attempt good-faith discussion. If unresolved, it will be handled as per applicable Indian law and competent courts/authorities.

Q53. Is the organiser genuine?

Yes. Drey Parkour (DreyParkour MOVIEZ) has verifiable IMDb credits (e.g., Akhada, Videshi Bahu) and an active LinkedIn presence with real production work history.

Q54. Is there proof of actual production activity for Crown Hunt?

Yes — DreyParkour MOVIEZ hired a Cinematographer Intern specifically for Crown Hunt tasks (audition shooting, contestant interviews, BTS, sponsor shoots, grooming week, finale, OTT-bound material), and Rohtak/Hisar auditions are documented with actual event photos.

Q55. Are there any pending items I should confirm before final payment?

Yes — before paying the ₹20,000 balance, get written confirmation on: exact finale date and venue, final jury/panel, OTT/show distribution plan, and the full portfolio + video + training + placement timeline. Also read the final agreement version fully to ensure it matches written promises.

Q56. Is "100% Guaranteed Industry Placement" the same as a guaranteed lead role?

No. It means every eligible finalist will be provided at least one suitable professional industry work opportunity, subject to fulfilling programme requirements. The exact role, project and commercial terms depend on suitability and project requirements — not a guaranteed lead role.
